Below are answers to some of the most common questions asked by our customers

Can the bags be customised to suit my needs?

Yes. We can customise the following;

  • Length and height and width (Ultim8 bags can only have the length and height customised)

  • Pocket sizes can be changed to suit any changes in length, height and width of the main compartment

  • Internal tool rails can be customised to suit your particular tools.

  • If you have any other changes in mind all you need to do is call us to discuss them and we will let you know if they are achievable.


All changes incur extra charges and there charges will be outlined at time of quotation.

Can i have my name and phone number stencilled on my bag?

Yes. We can stencil/paint your name/nickname and or phone number  on your tool bag. Your name and phone number are included in the cost of the bag.
We can also stencil simple company logos at an extra cost but are limited to 3 colours and we will need to confirm this at the time of quotation.

How long will it take to manufacture my tool bag?

The current turnaround time can be between 2-12 weeks depending on the time of year. Due to demand, shelf stock is very rare but please do not hesitate to enquire.

OUR CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME IS 12 WEEKS FROM THE DATE YOU ORDER AND PAY YOUR INVOICE.

Which parts of the bags can the colours be changed?

Our tool bags can be customised using different colours from our range. please refer to the 'Customising your bag' page for these available colours.

The sections of the bag where the colour can be changed are as follows;

  • Main Compartment. This includes the inside

  • Hacksaw pocket

  • End pockets

  • Front pockets

  • Internal tool rails

  • Shoulder pad

How will my tool bag be shipped to me?

We use Australia Post Eparcel to ship our tool bags.
Your tool bag will be safely packed in a box or tough bag to prevent
/minimize damage during transit. We make all effort to securely package your tool bag but please be aware that once it leaves our warehouse it is the responsibility of Australia post to deliver your parcel safely and efficiently.

 Are the tool bags covered by Warranty?

We offer warranty on any manufacturing defects. We can also repair most damage which has occured from wear and tear but the customer will need to pay for the postage and repairs. Please phone us and we will be happy to discuss.
